
Start in a normal thigh stand with the back base holding at the waist. The back base should then lower her hands to the flyers ankles and maintain a firm grip throughout the stunt.

On the count, bases and flyer will sponge down and drive up. Bases must dip and use the 'pop' upward to drive the stunt. The flyer should grab the bases shoulders and push. The flyer must keep her head up the entire time.

At chest height the thrust will diminish so it is important to pop and drive as hard as possible (while maintaining control) from the very beginning.
At this point the flyer should be locked in an extension position.
Bases will step in with the outside foot to a normal prep/extension position. |
